I always find you can tell an American tourists from others, because Americans wear white sneakers (trainers). That's just mostly what's available here. |

They're usually larger and way louder than others
I find it cute when middle-aged men wear white knee-high socks with shorts and sneakers

I was a small, quiet tourist wearing white sneakers.
I also noticed that Italian women wore high heels everywhere. Even in places where athletic wear would have been preferred. I could also see they all had blisters on the heels of their feet. What women do for fashion. |

My Polish grandpa used to wear black dress socks pulled up to his knees in the summer with shorts. :) hehehe. |

I always tried to look extra cute when I went out in Poland (wearing heels on cobblestone roads isn't fun) but I had to keep up with those stylish Polish chicks. Megg knows ;) |

My Polish grandpa never wears shorts in a first place ;P
