I noticed the effect you mentioned as well. Its pretty cool. I dont know for sure but it sounds something like "ahhh I'm missing you". Its really cool.

That's what I thought it was at first! I thought it was another vocal, but then I noticed that the endings of the words sounded slightly clipped, and the whole thing sounded unnatural, so I assumed that it was backwards. But it is cool that even the backwards recording of "... Sunday, whatever's in my eye," still sounds like a vocal.
Really? But in your first post you said it's pretty obvious what he says.
I can't make out anything in the regular WTRY, but in the remix, I can hear, "...Sunday, whatever's in my head"
