I never did - but whenever i wanted to say "excuse me, there's a slight problem here..." ppl would bark at me "for once the line isn't busy, let me explain what's going on...blah blah blah".
So basically, i waited for the whole story to be told (usually something about travelling there..), take a deep breath and tell them to dial the appropriate number.
One person said "and why didn't you tell me before ???" i'm like, well, i you wouldn't let me.
Eventually, the company changed my phone number. |

| LOL when I was pregnant I had a student nurse take my B.P. she tightened the thing up and left it like that for about 2 mins till my hand went blue! flaming heck she really hurt me. |
