Heard it. 3 listens. I LOVE IT!!! :) I have to agree with the comments above. It is fantastic. I agree with the 12 Memories comments, but i also think it has a little Boy With No Name/Invisible Band thing going on too. It's a little more uplifting (musically) than those on 12 Memories. I think it's better than ANY song on Ode To J Smith. Woo! I can't wait for the album now! :) |

I dunno its a bit Meh sounds like a B-side from TBWNN or somthing. Hopefully the rest of the tracks might be a bit different.....it Remindeds me of Brandon Flowers new single in that it sounds so much like the band hes coming from it almost seems pointless.
Anyone got links to the youtubes of the others? |

I think it's okay, but not really my type of song...yet. The flow in the beginning of the song kind of reminds me of "Friends". |

Having listend to the you tubes of the other tunes i think this and holiday will be the weakest on the album.....I love the verse on holiday but hate the chourus. The others sound more different from Travis and im really looking forward to Wrekorder and hopefully some UK dates. |

I've heard As It Comes, Holiday and Buttercups. I love Holiday. I really love Buttercups. I don't like As It Comes at all, unfortunately, but hopefully i'll like the album version more. I think As It Comes is the track with Paul McCartney playing bass. |

I listened to it, since it's the studio version and it's going to be the first single... I'm weak and couldn't resist. :oP (But I won't listen to any more songs until I've got the album, not even if the studio versions leak).
I really liked it. It's a beautiful song. Only heard it twice last night, but it's lovely. I think it's very TBWNN. Still I don't feel it works as a single? Which is odd, since I usually agree with Travis' choices for singles. But I have to listen to it more times. :o)
I'm very excited about thissssssss! :oD |

I don't like the lyrics so much cos the rhyme-scheme changes too much for my taste - though I gotta admit the words stick in your head after one listen ..
anyway: I LOVE the song! Love the BV as well and the piano in the back...cool, just great! |

I love it, it's the first Franny song for a while that I've really felt a connection with. It's very personal, very pure. To me, I felt that Ode was written about someone else, someone that I didn't feel very associated to, so it's nice that Travis, er, I mean Fran is connecting with me and others around here again. |
