I said to myself "Thats Doug from Travis." I approached him and his family and talked for a few minutes. He is a great man and has a terrific family. As I was leaving his company, I turned around and shouted "Thanks for the music!!" He smiled and said "No problem mate." Thanks Doug and Cheers!!

That is too awesome!!! I miss them all... Everyone needs a little (well a lot) of Travis in their life. I cannot wait to see them all again... Ahhhh until then I will wait patiently for Fran's solo album and Neil, Dougie, and Andy to come to America again. Until then... x |

Hey Nikki. It was quite awesome. Just strolling through the park talking to Doug from Travis and his wife and mother in law. Just shooting the breeze. Really cool guy. I was telling him that in my band I have bass player whose name is Doug, and my guitar player's name is Andrew. He jokingly said..."We have to get you to join our band then." hahahaha Cheers!! |

Ha, I was just thinking about this a few days ago. I really wanted him and I to duet on "Walking on Sunshine" but alas.
He can make it up to me by getting me in touch with Ewan. |

you would have died if you someone convinced them (and it wasnt "broken") to do Don't Stop Believing.
Picture this. Anne, Dougie, Fran, Andy, Neil, FT. All on stage. doing Journey kareoke. oh, and Ewan too.
That kareoke place will always hold a special place in my heart, due to the boobcakes, the weird doorman who made me speak french, and Anne finally learning that she subconsciously pets strangers. |

Yeah I am still pretty sure they just deleted Don't Stop because they were sick of people singing it so poorly.
And yes, it was a disturbing for me to learn that I am petting strangers possibly on a daily basis and don't even know it.
I also liked the guy who ate one of the cupcakes and the frosting made him look like a demon. |
