Don't think there should be any eggs and it probably works with both dark corn syrup and molasses, depending on what taste you prefer ;)

The Finnish ones (which I guess are similar to the Swedish ones) have eggs. Here we make the pastry the day before baking and let it settle in the fridge.


Oops maybe you should add eggs then! :O DON'T trust my baking knowledge, Mili can take over from here! Puuh!

yes, it says on the bottle to mix it with alcohol or club soda or something. And Abs Im not sure about year round. Christmas time for sure.
