Weren't we all supposed to die of bird flu a few years ago?

And it was mad cow before that.

That one wasn't transmittable to humans.

It was on the news the other day that someone in London had died from the same symptoms, looks like it's spreading fast?
The medias over here already calls it: "THE PEST" and my mother has bunkered up with food, preparing to isolate herself from the rest of the world, if this reaches Sweden. Personally I don't know where I stand, is this a false alarm or the medias trying to scare the hell out of us? Well I guess there's nothing wrong in being prepared for the worst.

Anyway my sympathies are with you Mexican fans, hope you're keeping well and hang in there!

Spain has now confirmed the first case in Europe.

Be careful out there!

Same here, but apparantly they weren't serious enough for the hospitals to keep them there.

Actually, it was. The strain of BSE mutated to a different disease in humans who had consumed infected parts of the cow.

Sounds like what my mother would do! Don't forget toilet paper, too.

I try to keep a stash of emergency stuff, canned food, water, etc, in case of storms or whatever. Reminds me I need to check my inventory.

CJD, Crautsfeld Jacob Disease, Mad Cow was the bovine equiv.

Previlent in Cannibals, it's basically what happens when you eat your own species, In the case of cattle they were feeding herbivores a meal that part contained "ground up" cattle.

Yesterday, before I went to bed, I was thinking that we only missed an earthquake to be really screwed... Shouldn't have thought that xD. The end of the world (or of Mexico) is nigh! Sorry, but the only thing we can do now is joking around to relax a bit *panicked* xD.

Thanks for your support, guys! :o)
