A quick google search leads me to think that they're still OK, but don't hold me to that one :) You can have a bundle of laughs if you check for yourself here (not).

I'm sorry, but has Royal Mail gone completely bonkers now?!?! a 34 pages pdf?! this is torture.

does anyone here want to buy twenty 48p stamps? with a nice circus-motive and everything. *sighs*

Stick em on eBay for £10 and hope someone stupid (or with an appreciation of circus designs) comes along :)
