Travis recorded Good Feeling over 2 weeks at Bearsville, a legendary studio which has played host to a number of notable acts.

In 1966 Travis favourites 'The Band' had shacked up, in the seclusion of Woodstock to write. In '68 the fruit of their labours; "Music from Big Pink" was released. This album was recorded in a converted barn at Bearsville Studios which was then owned by Bob Dylan's manager, Albert Grossman.

The Band's drummer Levon Helm went on to build his own recording studio at Woodstock in the Seventies, an article on the studio can be found here.
