In 2024 I was became seriously ill days before the LA times tour gig in Bristol, uk and ended up in hospital for a week.
So obviously missed the gig I had been so looking forward to.
3 days ago (2026) I went to the same venue for the first time, to see Brandon flowers, with two other killers on his solo tour.
It/he was sensational as he always is.
The music was incredible and it was lovely to see him in an intimate setting.
However during the gig I kept looking at the beautiful venue and the crowd and the passion and was trying to imagine what seeing Travis there in 2024 was like.
Are there any gigs/concerts you would love to see again or wish you had seen?

Ooh, I love this question. I feel like I was robbed – R O B B E D of Blur in the USA in the 90s. I stg…my Scottish partner of over 20 years was ‘Team Oasis’ at the time, and I just.. trusted him because he knew music, and I knew music (I thought), but only knew of Blur for Song 2. When I actually discovered Blur (like, this year…) I got mad at the general American zeitgeist of over the past 30 years for robbing me of Blur. However, I’m making up for lost time and luckily got into Gorillaz in time to see them live this week. It was one of the best, coolest concerts I’ve ever been to. I also like to always say: There are concerts I regret not going to, but I’ve never gone to a concert I later regretted. I mean, that’s maybe not 100 percent, but the general rule applies! edited cos I botched my own adage
