Anybody know the poem Fran read out on the VH1 storytellers gig?

Been lookin' for a good poem for a tattoo on my wrist, this is the only one I think is cool enough to be permanently inked on my body.

It inspired the track As you are and came from when Fran was being an annoying wee boy on a train journey and an old man trying to occupy him wrote it down for him.
