I am Kloot - Moula Rouge and Seldom Seen Kid by Elbow
A combination of being broke and uninspired at the mo, so not much has been on the shopping list lately.
But I do love my miserable Manchester bands! ;)
Got my eye on the new Zuton album and the recent Guillemots for when I'm back flush.

I accidentally bought the new Phantom Planet album on I-tunes the other day. Also, the Virginia E.P. from the National, but that one wasn't an accident.
the very last physical CDs I purchased were
Bob Mould - District Line
Nada Surf - Lucky
Hot Chip - made in the dark.
I buy a lot of single tracks though. Haven't made it to the record store since February, not for lack of inspiration, but lack of motivation. Ahh, laziness. :D |

That's the best excuse for buying a cd - it was an accident! :)
Any good? I know and love California, but don't know anything else by them.

I bought all of these DVDs at the same time on half.com:
1) Sleeping Beauty
2) Hello Kitty - something to do with princesses
3) Travis "More than Us" concert
4) Travis "Live at the Forum" concert
Guess which were for my daughter and which were for me!
CDs can't remember. |

Well I was going for a single track..then my brain stopped working and I moused up to the "Buy Album" button then clicked.
Actually, I haven't listened to it yet, but what I've heard is really good. I think when I sit down with it I'll enjoy it a lot...they have a lot of songs that are better than that California one. :D
You might want to check out Coconut Records
Which is Jason Schwartzman's solo project. I didn't get that one, but I did like at least a couple tracks from it. |
