My assumption is that the whole "new and improved" thing is a huge marketing ploy. I am sad it had an affect on you as I assumed the changes were so slight that it didn't much matter.

1. If it's New how can it be improved.
2. If it's Improved how can it be New.
Surely it has to be one or the other, if it's improved then they must have made the Old better and if it's New then there was nothing to improve ?????

| glad you have great hair now - Kayte. I hate it when they do this - like dubz says it can't be new AND improved; it is either the old stuff improved or it's new - can't be both! Half the time they say it is improved and it's just the same (maybe a slight repackaging) and still doesn't work or it's changed and it's now crap. It really bugs me. |

i thought this was about a bionic foot too!
Glad your shampoo is back!
One of my friends can't get attached to any foot, makeup, etc bc everytime she does, they take it off the market. I think it's happened about 8 times. |
