I believe it's a standing only show. I don't know yet how far it is from the Gare Du Nord, i have to check.

The Bataclan looks about 20 minutes straight walk at most from Gare du Nord. But the Paris metro is brilliant and it's dead easy to get a metro from Gare du Nord to most places in the city. Nearest metro is Oktoberkampf a mere 3 stops from Gare du Nord on the orange line

If you get tickets through ... this site

'zone unique' means single zone so it sounds like it's all standing

You can seat down upstairs but the price's not higher.
It's up to you if you want to seat down or stand.
