another of my favorite things to eat is lebanese tabouleh

http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/A23428587

this, hummus, arak (it's like ouzo), pitta bread, a bunch of friends, "arabic" music, a sunny day and i'm in heaven.
Mechoui (rosted lamb) is also an awesome thing to eat.
It's a north-african dish and the lamb has to roast for hours. A delight !

hummus : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hummus

never liked chocolate or sweet things - i like pickles/crisps that sort of stuff

thanks for link on info, i'm tempted to buy some next shop and i'll let you know if i like it,

what would you suggest to have it with for my first tasting?

kim2007w, you could try hummus/houmous (spelt both ways over in UK depending on what store you get it from?) as a dip for crisps or carrots/cucumber? yummeee
