I'm a spanish fan of Travis. In one month I'm going to live to Glasgow and I'm looking to get some tickets for the concert of Travis on Glasgow the 20th of December.

I've been trying to buy the tickets in ticketmaster but I'dont know what means the ARTIST PRESALE. Someone can tell me please? I need some password?
