Hey all, got a question for those who purchased the limited edition album (the deluxe version with the two bonus tracks + videos a separate disc): Did yours come with a free download code for a digital copy of the album?
I'd heard that all physical album purchases came with a code inside, so I opted to buy the album from an online retailer. I got it yesterday, and there's no code inside. I don't have a CD drive in my computer, so now I have no way to put the album into my iTunes library without buying it digitally. I already spent extra $ on the deluxe version; I don't want to spend more $.
Trying to find out whether I was wrong about the free digital download code, or whether I should be contacting the retailer about it.

Download code came with the vinyl version.
I don't know why a d/l code would come with the cd. You can just rip it to your iTunes from the cd thus negating the need for a d/l option.

It sounds like only the vinyl copies got the code.
Did ANYONE buy the album on CD?!?
