| Ok, so in the last 3 days (nights, actually) I had dreams about: cutting off my thumb, my family being murdered, drowning and losing my teeth. I'm scared to fall asleep. |

Horrible! I've been dreaming a lot lately (at least three dreams per night), but my dreams are very random and weird most of the time, so it's not that bad. Definitely not as bad as yours.
When I was a child I was told that hot chocolate at night helps prevent bad dreams. Not sure if this is actually true, but maybe you could try. :oP |
