I have to go to my own game in an hour. No partying for me! I dont need a party!
I suspect my game is going to be anticlimatic!
Wow, I could have been there! oh well. Im so so so so so so so so happy! I do wish I was in Ottawa right now though. With a flag on parliament hill!!!!

Small matter of the 14 Golds, the biggest haul by any nation at a Winter Olympics, and to do it on home ground.

I'm so proud to be Canadian! I didnt know it was more possible to be more proud than I was before this olympics, but I am!

it's the last event!! There is nothing else on!
Even better than rewatching the goal is watching all the celebrations. They have cameras at a bunch of bars throughout the country plus 3 or 4 big outdoor squares in Vancouver, Whistler, etc, and you just see people go NUTS!
omg! they just showed Yonge/Dundas Square in downtwon Toronto. It is one of the busiest intersections in Canada and there are THOUSANDS of people out on the street! |
