yay Finland! Yay Mili!
I almost went to bed, but I'm glad I stayed up for the 3rd. Nice comeback. Jeesh, I was a mess for the last couple minutes. Im going to be a disaster tomorrow.

Oh I love Saku! And Olli Jokinen's breakaway goal was beautiful.

Not only was Conan OBrien President there, but Jari Kurri is there!

Bedtime. Tomorrow is going to be rough.

All smiles here! Unfortunately the game was on at 5 am, so I didn't see it, as I need my sleep. I won't be watching the final, either for the same reason :^(

I think they should base the medal count on the number of gold medals ;D (on German TV they do, so people here see Canada on top of the list now).

that is how the ioc officially does it :)
therefor, we won the olympics!

I ate pancakes the morning that we won gold in 2002 (well, I actually served them to about 100 people, then ate them) so Im eating pancakes today! then I will go get my Canada donut! Im doing my part!

this is too much. I feel like the whole country is collectively going to puke.

they do? oh, then I got confused by the medal count on the official olympics homepage ;D

mwaha, congrats on winning the Olympics, then! ;D

and now I have a selfish reason to want Canada to win tonight, the US must.not.win.another.gold.medal.

(btw, did anyone see the women's speed-skating team pursuit semi-finals? *rofl* - German speed-skaters have excellent "quick-thinking" abilities! AND we won gold! :D)

ya, the Canadian media started pushing that when it became clear that we werent going to win the medal count! hahaha.

The German skater was funny. So cute when she realized they won gold despite thinking it was her fault that they lost it.

i just wikied them. Apperently there are non in Cali, but it is a big giant American chain with 6400 locations in the US!

Okay, remember when I had butterflies? Now I have pterodactyls (it took like 4 google searches to figure out how to spell that. What a stupid word!) flying in me! Me and camera are going outside to distract ourselves for a bit.
