Spain under perform on the world stage yet again... However they usually have a great start and then sort of fizzle out maybe this year the shaky start will materialize into quality football. From what I seen of the game Spain looked very nervy a goal would have settled them right down IMO. That said fair play to the Swiss they were hungrier and wanted it more, can they keep it up?

VAMOS ARGENTINAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! I'm so happy. Most of the second half we played poorly, and what Demichelis did seconds before the end of the first half was painfully stupid, but the rest was awesome.
And I can't believe Messi is playing so well for Argentina. It's incredible, haha.

I think Spain did a great job; we'll be luckier next time.

Well done Mexico! I think it wasn't a penalty and it was an even game, but at least Mexico showed much more passion than France. You wouldn't have guessed France was losing by the way they were playing.

Latin American teams are doing great! :o)

I can't believe Germany lost today. I didn't see the game? Anyone saw it and can tell me what they think?

And well done on the USA going from losing 2-0 to drawing! France should learn from them...

Now England and Algeria are playing... I can't watch it, damn it!

I managed to watch the second half. Not impressed!
Algeria had the control of the ball but as soon as they got anywhere near the penalty area they lost it. England tried several long distance shots but they were all too deflected. And most of the corner shots England did were quite bad.
It was not a good game.
