Dear community (and Travis),
It’s been only five months since Travis last toured North America. It was then when the idea of a Latin American Convention came to life. So far, there’s been no news on a possible visit to the south of the continent, though we are confident it won’t be very long and sooner or later, they’ll come back.
For the time being, we have planned on a fictional gathering taking a bunch of us across the globe. Hopefully, one day it will happen for real.
We may say that Sue (our SG hero) kicked this whole enterprise off when she showed Fran the following sign in the F1 gig:
Needless to say that to hear that someone from the band had actually seen, smiled and nodded at the sight of these two words: SOUTH AMERICA, was really well-received by fans from Argentina, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil (and even Mexico)
After an incredibly eventful weekend, our “flat versions” have made their way from Chile to Ireland, where we’ll tour until it’s time to come back home. We expect to visit all of our countries, at least symbolically, with the respective Travis representatives as hosts as we wait to hear the magic words leading to our utter happiness: “ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SOUTH AMERICAN FOLKS”
Once that day is finally here, we’ll embark on planning our “real selves” trip with destination Travisland (aka their gig, in whatever country of the region they happen to choose).
To sum up, Flat Clat will stop touring the world as soon as Travis confirms a South American gig. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but one day (before Fran loses all of his hair :P) In the end, FLAT CLAT shall meet TRAVIS!!

PS: In case you haven’t noticed, this situation of uncertainty is not good for our mental health and there are only four people (five, including Claes, of course!) in this world with the perfect drug to treat our condition :D
