I'm slow on the up take, and I'm sure this has been asked somewhere before (not neccesarily here), but is it possible for me to get some songs from the uk itunes even though I live in the US? I want some stuff that seems to be only available in the UK- such as Editors bside songs, such as Banging Heads and French Diskco. I want those songs, but don't want to dole out an enormous amount of cash to physically have the single and those bside songs. And yes, Amazon is fairly cheap for used stuff like that, but it would be nice to just download quickly as an mp3.
Is this not possible due to where I live? Someone give me an explanantion. |

Have you tried to create a new account in the UK shop?
I've been meaning to try that, as the other countries' shops don't allow me to log in with the Finnish account.
I've tired to buy stuff from Amazon digital department in both US and UK, and failed because of area restrictions, that might happen with iTunes, too.
Please let us know how you get on! |

I'm pretty sure you can't. Period.
They track where you're from by your IP address. If they know that your IP address is from the US then it'll only let you use the US iTunes. |
