Just picked up the last 2 copies of "Ode to J. Smith" at Best Buy in Burbank (Los Angeles area). I wanted 3. They checked in the back and couldn't find any more. I think the computer said they ordered 30! They sure underestimated the power of Travis...
I called the Target in Burbank this morning and they didn't have a single one...I don't think they ordered any.
What's wrong with these people?? |

Borders and Barnes and Noble in Austin said they don't have any copies and weren't planning to get any.
Bastards.
I went to a local record store, which is a better option anyway. |

I checked online if Ode to J. Smith was available in stores and you could only order it. No one had it on shelves!
It just went out, damn it.
And I expected to read about it in papers, but it went out unknown in here. It's almost a ghost... |

| I had to go to my local record store that stocks mostly independent type stuff. I think you can order online from target and borders and places like that, but I doubt they have it in stores. |
