I watched the pirates of the caribbean films over the last week or so. I didn't think they would be my thing but i enjoyed them

Absolvely love A Matter of Life and Death. The first time I saw it I was out my face on Magic Mushrooms. But the whole Black&White/Colour thing is brilliantly used. Plus the fact that they manage to convey a "heaven" & a "god" without attaching it to a religion is very well done. Plus David Niven is fucking excellent in it.

I watched it. It's not scary at all (but none of them were, imho) but I like the way it doesn't take itself seriously, so rare nowadays.

Not a bad waste of an hour and a half, starts off with half decent storyline, ending is a bit sh!t but other than that just another MindCandy film.
