small history unearthed on Libé:
Blind man and drunk... stopped at the wheel of its car The Estonian police force required Tuesday the confiscation of the car belonging to a blind man, stopped twice drunk last week at the wheel. "We asked for the confiscation of the car and, for the driver, a warrant for arrest", declared with AFP Marge Kohtla, spokesman of the police force of Tartu, in the south-east of Estonia. "It is a dangerous infringement with repetition." This 20 year old young man, who lost the sight in his childhood, was stopped by the police force whereas it led under the influence of alcohol, helped by passengers, close to the town of Tartu. Its car running in zigzag drew the attention of the police force, explained Marge Kohtla. It declared with the police force that it liked to lead and that it took the wheel regularly. It incurs 30 days of prison.
