I love Irish Cheese. Dubliner and Charleville are exceptionally good...
Not unlike the Seriously Strong Cheddar you get in Scotland |

The way that I do it, not sure if it's the easiest but, google it, right click on the pic of your choice, go to properties, Then copy and paste the Address (URL). then...

Anyway, I like a good Parmesan.
Though Mozzarella is good too, especially when it's been soaking in the cheese water with some nice herbs. Mmmm. I had some the other day and I was disappointed when my dad put all the cheese balls into the baked pasta so I only got one bite by itself.
I was recently introduced to Goat cheese too. That stuff is so good on a nice piece of meat. I would have never expected it to be so nice and creamy.
french brie for me |

Oh, yeah, and that Parmesan Encrusted Chicken I Good the other day was THE MOST AWESOME CHICKEN EVER EVER EVER. Oh, my god, it was so good. I took a picture, I must upload it later.

My dinner! Check out that Crust, there are No breadcrumbs there. No sir, that is one tiny bit of flour and a whole lot of CHEESY GOODNESS! |

Ummm, yum. That looks awesome. I had cold pizza and salt and vinegar chips for dinner. Not nearly as good. I am a health queen!
So, I'm still not fully moved in, but we did spend the night last night and it was good. Yay. No old dead people yet, Dak, but I'll let you know if any hauntings materialize.
Tonight, we move the cat. Hilarity and chaos are sure to ensue.
Ummm, babybel?? Holy crap, I want some now, so bad. Of course we have Babybel over here, do you think we're a bunch of godless heathens or what? I'll tell you something, I was always jealous of those kids in school whose mom's packed them babybels in their lunch. Those and Kudos bars, those well off little bastards. |

I never had Kudos :( and Babybel, I never even heard of until I saw a picture of one and recalled the cheese section of the grocery store, so Obviously I am a godless heathen. Mwahahahahaha!
Good luck with the kitty!

Um, I guess I'm a godless heathen too, what is babybel? Is it a type of cheese?
My mom would never give us Kudos bars but they were pretty damn delicious. I usually tried to trade for one. Hahahaha. "You want my Jello pudding cup for your Kudos?" Bwaaaahaha.
Yeah, good luck with the cat... eek. |
