I can't believe it's nearly a month I'm off the smokes! A month normally to me doesn't seem that long but January seems to just go on and on. Glad it's near the end.
I have to say I am having wonderful vivid dreams! So strange! I think it's the lack of nicotine but since I have quit the cigs I have been sleeping so well, which for an insomnic is truely amazing! And now I dream again also. lol
Sorry, no Travisy dreams as of yet.
Hope everyone else is keeping fine and dandy!

I'm watching the Today Show this morning and they had a segment on the benefits of quitting smoking. About a half hour later, they had one on rolling cigars. LOL! That was not planned well!

Yay, Wendy! I hope it's getting easier for you. My dad always said that after he had been off the cigarettes for a while that food started smelling and tasting better. Are you finding that? |

Haha ME TOO!!!!!! :D
It's so great, and not so common on forums/messageboards. (well I think anyway).
Yes, Kayte, my sniffer is working SO well and food tastes great, well it always did but it's much better. Need to start weaning myself off the chocolate now though, hehe. I definitely know what I DON'T like the smell of.....cigs...barf!lol |
