and what method do you use señor ric? i take it you dip them in the sauce and then fry yes?? all my life i thought it was the other way around or they were baked all because my mom was too lazy to make them the authentic way! haha |

Hey Ric! Good to know enchiladas are easy to make, I still have no idea what they are, and Goosey is already counting me in to make them haha. I'm going to google them... |

perfectly acceptable and certainly less messy. my tia taught me the other way around which is how the señoras from the motherland typically do them. i'm having two friends over for dinner this week and that's what i'm serving up...con arroz of course! :D
EDIT: what do you fill them with? my tia does a yummy combo of chicken, potato, tomatillo and cebolla. |
