Hmmmmm..Not sure if I have any that are different from the ones mentioned.
* Going to gigs at 6 months pregnant
* Queuing all day, 6 months pregnant, to get to my Andy spot
* Converting my 3 year old son into a Travis fan
* Contemplating a Travis-esq name for my 2nd son
* Breaking a rib at a Travis show, and still going back for more the next night.
Will that do?! Hee hee. |

It was yeeears ago, and the barrier at the front sat right on my rib cage. I'm sure there was a reason, but there was a serious surge of people pushing forward, and as a result the barrier broke my rib!
I stayed til the end of the gig and went to hospital afterwards!!! |

That reminds me of one disco queue a long time ago, when after waiting for hours the doors finally opened (it was a special night) I was literally carried with the crowd for meters without my feet touching the ground – that was a wee bit worrying. No broken ribs, though (thankfully!). |

all those are crazy stories indeed. ive only been to ONE travis concert. and all i can say is: i was 12 and my mother was with me. i stood quite far away and behind us an older woman, totally drunk, sang all the songs as loud as she could. grrr.
it was fantastic! |
