I usually hate The Habs but god they are making me near wee during these playoffs.
The GWG Thursday night was an exact replica of the first goal I ever conceeded in the first ever League game I played in. Nothing you can do about those ones.
Anyway it's also awesome to see a guy who started the Season playing against The Belfast Giants playing in the Playoffs.

Denmark is going berserk, first the embarrassing (for us) victory over Finland, and now USA.
There's a FB group already called (in Finnish) "Finland was never beaten by Denmark in ice hockey when I was a child"
I suppose USA has their best players still tied to NHL, but still…

I saw that! nuts! Germany beat the US too. what up? although Canada didnt exactly dominate over Italy on Saturday either. We never dominate at this tournement with most of the best still in the NHL, or opt out of playing, especially in an Olympic year. And half of team Italy is actually Canadian. |
