Exactly as it was live, minus the choir!
Andy is a legend!
Shouldn't that be plus the choir? |

Yes. Just a slight slip up. Easy mistake to make. And she's right. I was there in Nottingham and the song is exactly the same, but of course we now have the choir, which makes it even better than i expected. It also means that i imagine 90% of the rest of the album will be the same too. GREAT STUFF because it was perfect live. |

It´s definitely a big surprise again!
You never know, what you´ll get from Travis, but you can always be sure, it´s great.
I think that this is the kind of song you have to listen to at least ten times, before you think, you get parts of it. And it will take even longer before you´ve really listened to every little detail - it´s so complex.
I love the intro - it´s like Fran is telling you a story about the beginning of a wondrously adventure...

What do some of the lyrics mean?
Which language is that?
Salve, pia anima
Labor tuus nunc ad terminum
Sed, per deos, vade retro!
Nomen nusquam video
Carbo in culo in aeternitatem
Placet Satanae te vedere!

Perhaps someone else has already commented this; but the thing about the voice is in fact an audio problem of the radio.
I'll tell you why: i downloaded Coldplay new song (Violet Hills) and the voice sounds also different from the one you hear on the radio. It seems that all the songs sounds a bit "down on the mood" haha (don't know how to say in English) but there's a bit of delay when they play the track... Compare it and you'll see.
To summ up: there's a problem with the audio... |

I really don't think there is a problem with the sound. Coldplay's song sounds the same to me. And this is how J Smith is live. |
