i think there's "chuck" tonight? i was too late on the "heroes" bandwagon, so i never caught on.

where did lauren go?

I'm lurking. I resurrected the thread to talk about HEROES, but it always turns into the nighttime thread. I actually got my hopes up when I saw that someone responded. But it was just Nikki, saying what's up. I really needed to talk about Heroes with someone...

JUST Nikki?

:O FINE!

By the way, Miss Lauren...I finally found you out of the 115 Lauren Olivers on facebook! I sent you a friend request. My facebook has nothing on it but one picture of Mike and I, lol! I'm not used to it yet.

So I was reading the thread discussing the meaning of the phrase "Peace the Fuck Out" and Dakota (I think) mentioned that a boardie why back when used to sign off that way. Do you think that's really where Travis got the idea for that song from?! Hmmmm..interesting thought. Wonder if the guys ever came out and confirmed this theory.

*butts in*

They have, actually... in the 'thank you's of 12 Memories... and on the last board Fran said that he put in his real name because 'bombus' might sound odd...

*butts out*

Is it weird that I don't watch any TV shows regularly? I do like "Project Runway" though.

I'm a TV junkie, and I watch pretty much everything except reality shows. I even watched the Pilot for Viva Laughlin, or at least as much as I could stand anyway. I got busy last week though and have gobs to catch up on the Tivo, I'll watch Heroes tonight and comment on Peter's magic box later. ;)

oddly enough, even whats in the liner notes isnt my real name, i suppose fran always refered to me as bombus and never my real name so he just didnt know. but yes back in the mid 90s my friends and I used to say Peace the fuck out, only in an ironic sorta way ofcourse, and when i started posting on this board i used to close my posts out with PTFO, and so it was born.

Wow! How cool is it that Fran used your saying in a song?! What an awesome little tribute to you and to Travis fans :)

Bombus, I'll have to go check the 12 Memories notes...what do they have your name as?

The liner notes from 12 Memories says "Richard Kimble". Bombus may be a dick, but that's not his name ;)

All out of love B :)

SPOILER ALERT

The premiere excited me a lot for what is to come this season. Though my brain hurts a bit.

Speaking of brains, I loved the line, "Claire that's disgusting."

I've for awhile figured he must just examine it - the whole watchmaker thing. However everyone dies because they don't have Claire's power.

Even with the prospect of David Ander coming back as Adam (rawr!), I just want to say...

I AM DONE WITH THIS SHOW!

That's it! I couldn't even watch the show without diddling on my iBook whilst doing so. And I even forgot it came on tonight. When I forget the timeslot of a show, when I stop counting down the hours until it comes on, then it's over. *sigh* Good things never last. The first season was so amazing! And then... ugh. I kind of blame the writers strike. Maybe it could have recovered early if it had had the chance but, I guess we'll never know...

Heroes, we're breaking up, I'm sorry.
