Hey, when it comes to cheese, I'll gladly straddle it.

Perhaps you have not sampled enough Fine Cheeses. ;)
Hehe, nothing wrong with Cheddar though, it can have a little punch to it.
American can be kind of bla, and it's hard to find a good one. Wendy's has really awesome American Cheese. Also, lite Cheese is really really horrible. |

Broccoli and Cheddar, not too bad.
Eww, I read all about head cheese at work today. Grossssssssss. I'm still not 100 percent sure what it is. Hahahaha. But I do know that pioneer people used all of the hog. :-/ |

Ok, you said head cheese and something very different than what I think you meant immediately popped into my head and I think I threw up in my mouth a little. Ummm, ewww. The real thing doesn't sound all that appetizing either.
I love broccoli and cheese, especially soup. Chili's has the best I think. Quizno's is pretty good too, although I'm still bitter at them for getting rid of their yummy cornbread biscuits that they used to serve with the soup.
And yes, lite cheese is yucky. Although light cream cheese isn't too bad. But the worst is fat free cheese. For one, what's the point? And secondly, it's like eating badly somewhat cheese-esque flavoured crap. Just crap.
It's been a freaking long day. I'm going to pass out now because I'm getting old and can't stay up late anymore. I'm moving tomorrow! Hopefully the rain will stop.
This whole comment was brought to you by the word random. |

Well, in case you would like to be further grossed out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Head_cheese
Nice use of the italics there, Vena. I approve. Haha.
Fat Free Cheese should be outlawed. |

Head Cheese is NOT Cheese. It should be stricken from the record!
Taking the fat out of Cheese defeats the purpose of Cheese. Hahaha. Lite Cream Cheese is alright for Bagels, not for cooking though!
I need more examples of French Cheese because all I can think of is Bleu Cheese which I'm not really a fan of.
Oh yeah, I'm making Parmesan Encrusted Chickens tonight! |

So, I'm wondering...
What cheese do you think has the best smell? Personally, I don't care much for cheese. The less smell, the better. I like it on my pizza, and that's just about it. |

I think Swiss cheese fondue smells really good, especially when you add some white wine and nutmeg. Mmmmm, fondue. I'm so hungry right now even processed cheese food sounds good.
Hey, know what really sucks? Besides not having good cheese? Moving. Moving really, really sucks. You know what they should have? A service where people move all your stuff for you. Oh wait...
You know what I should have? Money so I could use such a service. Whine, whine, whine. Know what I need to go along with that whine?
That's right, some CHEESE! |
