Have it On DVD, I was actualy quite impressed. 24hr Party People makes him out to be a complete ledgend, whereas Control shows him to be the selfish wanker that he actually was. In fairness he wrote some crackin' tunes tho'
Transmission
was gonna post Atmosphere but everyone has heard it, btw the Atmosphere video was done by Anto Corbjn who was a massive fan and seriously overwhelmed when asked to direct it. he later over came his shyness to make Control with the influene of Debbie Curtis (Ian's suffering wife).

p.s Had to change the video cause that Bongo bollix pops up halfway through to tell us how much he lurvvvesss Ian, sicophantic wankbag!! also that's John Cooper Clarke at the start with his poem Evidently Chickentown |

I guess I should be ashamed that I used to like this song. Pure cheese. Love that "power snapping" at the beginning.
Just click. |

Excellent cheese, Dubz. I had never heard either one of those songs before.
Just out of curiosity, I wonder how many songs there are about blue jeans?

Harry Chapin
Mr. Tanner
There is a snippet of an interview before the song, but this one had the best sound quality. |

The space heater in my bathroom exploded today. Luckily I was right there to unplug it and the flames quickly died down. It was a bit scary though. So, let's see...
Burning Down the House
The Roof, The Roof, The Roof is on FIRE!!
That song is soooo 8th grade dance!

Sly and Robbie (I'm sure this was called Fire when it was released in the UK.
and The Crazy World of Arthur Brown or Big Country (Ska heads will also note that the riff in this is actually "Guns of Navarone") Saint Elmo's Fire Brian Eno, I'm afraid and not the Power Ballad. Siouxsie and the Banshees cover Dylan !! and last but not least Mr. Cohen
