I'm really enjoying the single(s)! The b-sides are excellent, too. I've only listeted to Lola twice, as it's not convinient while I'm working, but the first impression is very good. It's somehow softer than the original and has a cheeky ending.
Tail of the Tiger is beautiful and exciting at the same time.
Used to Belong has some unusual-for-Travis sounds, it's brilliant. |

now, seriously... it doesn't happen very often that i listen to a song and then i totally love it straight away. i mean, not just like, but really LOVE it. normally that takes quite a long time. but now that's exactly the case with "tail of the tiger". last night i came back home after two coldplay gigs, i was exhausted and so tired, plus, i thought it would be "coldplay-only" for the next few days anyway, hehe. but then that song totally blew me away. it's so SO amazing, fran! can't believe it's only a b-side ;)
now i'm even more looking forward to the album - and i'm so glad i got tickets for london! |
