i'm "assembling" ceviche for dinner! haha no actual cooking involved if you use imitation crab and already cooked shrimp! ;D |

Ugggh! Thanks for reminding me that I need to get on that dinner making thing. Some cereal for me and the kid is saying he wants a sandwich. One of the things I hate most about my hubby being gone, dinner time sucks :( |
