its very difficult wen people dont understand it espically when u get a new job. im on a new diet that helps where u cant eat wheat and certain colorants in food, you also cant hav alcohol. almost like a wheat free allergy diet
Ok like a gluten free diet then. Sounds a similar recommendation given to people with ADHD/ADD/DAMP
yes i think its very similar to those diets |

I think you'll find that unless you have a specific intolerance or allergy all foods are good for you, even the odd greasy fish supper, the problem is caused when people eat nothing but a certain type of food, hence the phrase "balanced diet" every food contains some goodness and as long as it's eaten in moderation, there shouldn't be a problem. |

well yes on one part its good in a balanced diet but ive also heard it lines the intestines which can cause some people to gain weight and stop some nutrients entering the body |

Well you're clearly the expert here.
I'd love to read more on this, would you mind quoting some journals?
EDIT: ...and gluten doesn't bloody line the intenstine. |

In Celiacs, yes (it damages some of the lining)
Everyone else, no.
I don't think Gluten has any intrinsic nutritional value, but the majority can tolerate it without issues. |

Yep, it's thought it causes an allergic reaction which damages the lining. However nothing at any point 'lines' the intestine.
...and once again there's absolutely no literature that I know of that says gluten is harmful to the vast majority of people.
