its not a valid point. the question was silly enough. you reasoning through is just daft.
a 9month absence is nothing ben. absolutely nothing. i dont even know if thats true. i dont care. cause i recognise that theyve played countless gigs in the uk over their careers. i recognise theyve spent SO much of their time and effort with uk fans.
you should recognise that their popularity stretches the globe. and that fans from everywhere have asked they play in their country. its not possible to please everyone. and also. do you really think for a moment that there wont be a uk tour in the near future? that we've been forgotten about? sillyness.
its nice that you want them to play and the hunger is still there. it really is quite nice. but to say things like neglect? come on. thats just mean and inconsiderate. |

It all depends on which reference point each person thinks the comparison should be based on (sorry if that doesn't mean anything in English hehe): other british bands, the amount of gigs played in UK by Travis over the years, the amount of gigs played in every other country by Travis over the years, the amount of gigs Travis have been playing in UK during the last couple of years compared to those they have played in other countries in the same period of time, etc, etc, etc...
Each part doesn't believe that the other part has raised an argument valid enough to prove them wrong, so... We all disagree! The end.
Now let's all go have a nice chocolate con churros together:

Nora, I promise you that if you ever visit Buenos Aires, we'll go to a bar and have chocolate and churros :o). The churros filled with dulce de leche are my favourite. Hmmm... I'm hungry! |
