Accepted an offer on my house
Phoned to find out how much I can end to get a new one
Phoned the estate agents to try to arrange a viewing on a house I like.
Oh and gone to Sayers to get a Veggie sausage roll, yum. |

Why not hand it over to a pro? I avoided it for years because I didn't think the expense would be worth it. Well, we got back waaaaay more money with the pro than we ever did when I was doing it myself. More than paid for it. No headaches. |

i had a pro do it for years but last year she flaked on me so I did it and found it wasn't toooooooooo tough but still a headachche , off to the library now . Then later on i'll sort socks etc....

| I wrote out everyone's Request cards today at work so they wouldn't have to! What a kind Librarian I am. It's only because it is Friday and I don't have to work tomorrow. Not always this nice to borrowers!!! lol |
