I wasn't online for a while, so I've just checked it out. It's hard to believe my awkward video is in it, while some fantastic videos (Tylar's, Nikki and Kayte's, Sue's, Alma's and the others...) aren't in it.
Frankly speaking, I'm really happy my video is in it but also so sorry some great videos aren't in it. Congrats to the winners. Everyone's a winner, surely! |

I think it's great that the band offered its fans this opportunity to show how much they care for their music, and that so many entries were submitted.
It's too bad that, unfortunately, not all of the entries made it into the final cut of the video. I agree with those that feel that giving some entrants more 'airtime' than others in the final cut seems unfair to those who never got to appear at all ... BUT, it wasn't up to us to decide. We all knew from the beginning that there was a chance that the video we submitted, no matter what it looked like, would not be chosen to appear in the final video.
Furthermore, it's not like those videos that did get chosen actually 'won' anything. So, it's not a matter of 'winners' and 'losers'.
It's just life. Which, as we all know, continues to go on. |

But doing a little research I've come to realize I was mistaken about one thing: he is totally not serious.
Spike McHeavy is a character!! If you look at his youtube channel you'll see other videos introducing this "rockstar."
Also on Facebook he has a music page.
I still think he got too much time in the video and I wish it was a bit more apparent that he was kidding but I am relieved it's a joke.
I think he is a twat and shouldn't have been in the vid so flaming long! Put the proper fans in there TWT!!! grrr
Nikki and Kayte's so should have been in there. Disgruntled! |
