i think it's cuz all the Democratic Americans are more outspoken about their beliefs and such. But when it comes down to election day, all the silent conservatives come out and vote and that is why everyone is always so flabbergasted when it doesn't go the way they thought. i am inclined to think that Obama will win because of his outspoken popularity, but i really would not be surprised if McCain won. a couple of months ago i would have said that McCain would have gotten it cuz i honestly think that america is not ready for a black president. that sounds racist, but america is racist. i really do think that ppl over-estimate the progessiveness of the US. but anyway, that is what i would have thought, but i think McCain screwed himself by picking Palin as his running mate. |

I've had my copy of Ode for a while, thanks to Luke, but I think I'm still going to go to the store today just to see if its there. :) It'll be exciting to see the big eyeball among the other albums on the shelf, lol. Although, I might need to buy another copy because my dad STILL has mine :) He LOVES it! |

Nikki do you have some sorta scheduled voting time, or just randomly decided to go at 3?
Ric, what are you going to do once this election is over? No more McCain posters! No rioting my San Fran friend! Unless you get me a new camera while you are at it! |

So many first time voters! What an exciting election to start off with :)
I was in line with a 54-year-old man who was voting for the FIRST time!!!! He was so nervous and excited. I had my 1 year old with me though, she seemed to calm him down a bit :)

LOL! Very tall? Yes. Hairy? Not so much these days. It's the regular season, ya see. He saves the out-of-control beard for the playoffs. :) |
