Fed ex is more expensive but has a better tracking system , their insurance is a lie though |

Today I've done some physiotherapy (physical therapy if you live in the US) Yes I'm on the sick list, that's why I'm here all the time ;)
I also went for a bracing long walk this afternoon, the sky was cloudless and lighblue!

My physio gave up on my arm after 5 months of work as nothing improved.
There goes my shot at the NHL. |
