ok chicas here is goosey's recipe for chocolate chip cheesecake (i "borrowed" it from eagle brand! hahaha)
i'll still bake one for you girls! :D
Makes one (8- or 9-inch) cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
2 packages of cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (i use 'la lechera' or 'eagle brand'...whatever is cheapest! haha)
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (if you don't have any, don't worry about it. i don't add it if i don't have any at home)
1 cup mini chocolate chips (i use regular chocolate chips sometimes)
1 8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
-With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy; slowly add condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
-stir chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust.
-Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Serve chilled. |

VERY easy! haha sometimes i leave out the chocolate chips but my tia always has me make it w/choc if i bring it over for navidad. (still i prefer it plain! haha) |

haha I'm not a good cook either, but you can't learn if you don't try ;) and if it doesn't work for me, I'll eat the condensed milk anyway yammmm xD |
