Ok if we're being strictly correct best show I've been to was Arcade Fire at the Barrowlands in March of this year (yes... even better than Travis...)
Although I feel Travis could greatly benefit from the employment of giant balloons, tons of confetti, synchronised hand jiving and of course pink lilo crowd surfing...

See now your just putting ideas into Andys head! Kirstin would absolutely freak out if he decided to crowdsurf on a bloody pink lilo- you know what she's like. She was bad enough when he decided to jump into the crowd in the first place, let alone try and crowd surf! Especially since it's at a Travis gig at the Barras. They're usually rowdy enough without winding everyone up with lilos and confetti!
I think the best gig i've ever been to was The Frames in Glasgow actually. It was pretty damn special! It felt like Ireland, cos it was nearly all Irish people there. Was amazing!
Although 18th May or the Singles tour at the Barras are pretty bloody memorable.. the whole day of the 18th was pretty cool, with everyone outside and all before the gig. |
