Times have been better in 1984 when I saw Depeche Mode live in Germany, and Dave Gahan stripped on stage to "Stripped"... and I saw that without my spectacle lenses thick as the bottom of a jam jar!!!

i grew up on B/W TV so I was shocked a few years ago to discover the Wizard of Oz is in color . you could buy replacement tubes /valves for your tv is the grocery store |

Oh, I'm envious! In 1984 Finland was such a backwater that we didn't get many bands visiting. It was early 1980's when I saw Hanoi Rocks live. They weren't famous just yet, and I wasn't sure if the singer (the blond one) was a man or a woman…
He hasn't changed that much ;^)
