Good Feeling because that's the only album they'd released at the time! Saw them at T in the Park and was so impressed I went and got Good Feeling on the Monday. |

Heard Love Will Come Through and had to have it. Bought Singles since it had what I wanted, and I'd heard and liked snippets of Sing and Side and figured, even if I like nothing else, three songs for ten bucks wasn't bad.
Turns out I liked everything else. |

The Boy with No Name. So that album seems quite special to me! Well, after that, I began to collect all the great albums of Travis. ;) |

The first Travis cd I bought was... The invisible band (as a gift, it wasn't for me) but the first one I bought for myself was The Man Who... I think it was... 2001. |

1997
I'm going to out-old-school you sir. U16 girls CD single, summer of 1997 (can't remember when) in HMV Aberdeen on Union Street. It's not there anymore, it's now a G*Star shop.
I got Good Feeling a week after release for my 16th Birthday in Sept '97.
Ditto , i assumed he meant albums.
Snap - I got U16 girls the day it came out (had to order it from my local store as Wooleys didn't get "unknown" bands stuff in until it was in the top 40) after seeing them a month or so before in Bristol supporting Mansun. Dougie threw his fag packet into the audience and as far as I know my friend Fran(cesca) still has it! :) |
