Was my use of 'pecking order' too subtle to make the list?! ;o)

Come join me on the list (if gladly agrees) - it's lonely on the 'special' list on my own. ANd i'm now struggling to worm any more chicken jokes out of my tiny bird brain! Can we move onto stick/wood puns i know a few of those too?

I watched that free range thing last night.I couldnt help wondering why the fuss.
Free range or other wise they are only going to end up with the same fate.
If you are going to kill the thing why do you care how it lives its life ?
Isnt it a bit hypocritical?

Spid . Are you sure you can skip at your age?

It's more than I can do, I tried skipping, can't last more than 2 minutes without dying. Are you an old bean? How old be you?

Yes, we should definitely branch out into a new area.....

I've been fighting the urge to completely lower the tone to base level by going for the easy "Cock" joke. If I did, Abs Purple would be all over this thread before you could blink!

NOw i actually believe that if you are going to kill and eat something you should treat it humanely fisrt. I haven't bought battery hen eggs for about 20 years and buy free range chicken whenever i can. Last year when i lived in the Falklands free range chicken wasn't readily availabel and so we ate battery hen meat and it tasted really strange. They pump that meat up with masses of water too to make it look good because the meat on these children is bad quality because of their living conditions. Meat is muscle and is you don't get the chance to exercise that muscle then how can it be of good quality? IMHO Free range tastes much better and personally i have a problem condoning the conditions the animals are kept in, for a £1 or 2 extra why not had something that isn't pumped full of water and tastes nicer 9and is more filling so you use less because it is denser meat.

There, i'll get down off my soap box now!

disclaimer: all views are my own are not intended to harangue or harrass, everyone is entailed to their own view, i do not intend to offend or insult, i do intend to have a reasonable discussion.

nohting wrong with 6 - its 2+2+2 or 3+3 or 5+1 or 4+2 or 1+1+1+1+1+1 (and that's only the adding stuff) a very versitlie number is 6. No beast without it.
