Oh man, I have been stressing about this big time. *gulp* I'm so nervous!!! They scare me!
I'm not nervous at all. I think there will be no trouble this time.
So, you're saying I'm the reason for the border hassles? ;o)
Yes.
Yes, this is exactly what I am saying. |

Weekend was fab. I'm in the airport waiting to board. I've been on a plane or in a car for multiple hours every day since Friday. Totally worth it though!
And yes, the custard with Kayte was delish. |

The weekend was amazingly fun. Here are a few pics.
Nikki and Kristy on top of the CN Tower
At the club before the epic dance-off that almost ended the world with its explosive awesomeness
Me victorious!
Talking smack to Moray. Moray's friend Paul is in the background (with his participant ribbon- Moray got one too) Paul has some super sweet moves. They were both so fun to dance with. We danced for around four hours basically non-stop.
I am grabbing Moray's moobs in this picture
Stanley Cup at the Hockey Hall of Fame
Moray and Kristy skating at an outdoor synthetic ice skating rink
Lunch with Kayte
Poutine at Burger King |

after the girlies left, the scottish boys and I went on a boat tour of Toronto Island, to Niagara Falls, (where they got to try on Mountie jackets!) and today to Casa Loma. They should now be in Montreal. Uploading photos now and then need to sleep for about 4 days.
Thanks for visiting, all! I won't soon forget it. |

Let's talk about something Kristy would rather we not talk about: the interactive games at the Hockey Hall of Fame.
They have this area where you can shoot some pucks at a wall that has a net and a computerized goalie. First up was Paul (Moray's friend). He scored 3 out of 5 goals. Next Moray went and he scored 1 out of 5. Then Kristy (the Canuk who plays hockey) went. She scored 0 out of 5. As in, zero. Nikki went and like Moray she also scored 1. Finally, the Texan who had to be corrected as to how to hold a hockey stick and who has never ever shot a puck went. She (meaning, me) scored 2.
Final scores:
Paul:3
Anne: 2
Moray: 1
Nikki: 1
Kristy: ZERO
To be fair I will share that next she and I did one where you could stop goals and she stopped 4 out of 4 (the fifth one didn't come out). I stopped one but again that was impressive given I initially had the mitt/glove/hot pocket on backwards. |
