Oh I'm fine! It's much easier to quit social, only booze related smoking I'm sure! It can get harder in the upcoming weeks- I'm going back to Warsaw tomorrow and have at least two packs of cigarettes in my flat! Also, the real challenge for me is gonna be going out and not smoking then!
But I didn't smoke during the New Year's Eve!

Day 4 still going good :)
Had thee worst day y'day but....it's a new day and I'm full of focus. Have plenty to keep me destracted heehee!
WELL DONE MEGGY!!! No cigs over NY must have been really tough! I know it's sooooo hard when others around me are smoking but we can get through it pet! :)
I've been told about Bach's Remedies. They do drops that help with all the symptoms of coming of the ciggies. Going to check it out as it's a super natural...might perk me up a bit. |
